One of Capriccio's main missions is to continue its status as an employer of choice within our region.  We are committed to recruiting and retaining a talented team of highly motivated professionals to bring value to our customers and cohesiveness to our team.

Our company's foundation is the talent, innovation, expertise and contribution of our employees. Our people are our most important asset — we value the skills and expertise of a diverse work force and strive to provide each person with the freedom to grow personally and professionally.

At Capriccio, we support a healthy balance of professional and personal development. We help our employees attain professional development goals through a variety of training programs, including continuing education, certificate programs, leadership training and others. Additionally, our benefits programs rival those of many large organizations.

Capriccio offers a competitive benefits program and recognizes that employee benefits are an important part of the total compensation package.

Insurance Plans — Capriccio offers medical, dental and vision programs. Unlike large companies, some benefits are paid for entirely by Capriccio. The cost of other programs may be covered by a combination of Company and Employee pre-tax contributions. There is no waiting period and you become eligible for coverage on your first day of work.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance - Capriccio offers these two additional benefits normally only found in large companies. Should you be injured or unable to work, we will be able to provide a portion of your normal salary while you recover.

Life Insurance - Capriccio provides at no cost to the employee, $50,000 of life insurance. Our hope is to provide a cushion to the employee's family in their time of need should the unthinkable happen. Employees may opt to purchase insurance for their family as well for a small fee.

Comprehensive Leave — Eligible employees accrue comprehensive leave each pay period. Comprehensive leave provides paid time off for vacation, personal business and short-term illness.  Most employment packages start at 15 days off per year.

Holidays — Most Capriccio employees are eligible for nine holidays during the year. We traditionally observe the following holiday schedule:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Thanksgiving Friday
  • Christmas Day
  • Plus 2 Floating Holidays

Holidays may vary based on contractual requirements.  If an employee is required to work a holiday due to a contractual requirement, the holiday can be deferred and taken at a later time within the current fiscal year.

Education Assistance — Capriccio recognizes its employees are vital resources whose talents are critical to the success of the company. For employees pursuing educational advancement related to their current position, Capriccio offers a Tuition Assistance Plan (TAP), which encourages self-improvement through formal education so that employees can improve or maintain job-related skills or enhance their ability to compete for reasonably attainable jobs within Capriccio.

Retirement Plans — Company-funded retirement benefits are offered to employees. What sets us apart from other employers is that the company contributions are immediately vested to the employee. In addition, we match dollar for dollar up to 4% of an employees pay. Plan investments are administered by the Online401k and include a variety of mutual funds and a brokerage account option where you can manage your own stocks, bonds and mutual funds within your 401k should you choose.. You may elect a traditional 401k or Roth 401k based on your tax needs.

Flex Time — Capriccio understands the need for a proper work-personal life balance and provides flexible work schedules whenever possible.  We also encourage tele-commuting wherever appropriate which decreases time spent commuting and increases time spent with family and friends.
